Lexi is this week`s host for Make it Monday and her matchbook project seemed to be P E R F E C T for me :-)
I was planning for some Valentine treats for all of my daughter`s school friends and - guess what - they are READY to give away now, thanks to Lexi :-)
I made different versions for the boys and girls, yet wanted the `valentines feeling´ - so it just HAD to be pink! :-) Razberry Fizz, so to say.
Here`s what I made for the boys:
Got three of them lined up here .... Here`s a more detailed look:
I used Razberry Fizz for the card base and spring rain and smokey shadow patterned paper from Papertrey. The cute `lil robot is from their stamp set `Little human´. To give the whole thing a masculine touch I stapled the ends together - like a real guy would do, lol!
The sentiment is from an older set from Clearly besotted called `paired up´.
Here`s a look at the side of my treats. It`s a really famous cookie here in Austria called `Manner Schnitte´, everybody is crazy about it :-)
And here is the back side, stamped with a stamp from `Tiny Treats Valentine´ from Papertrey.
For the girls I used the same cardstock and stamp for the back but I covered the front with some chipboard stickers I had in my stash. They were just perfect for this project and also saved me quite some time...
I used a heart stencil from MFT and sponged the hearts in unicorn white onto the raszberry fizz, very very pretty in real life. I closed the packages with a strip of washi tape.
Here are the rest of my treats. Thank you for taking a look!
Wonderful! Bright happy gifts for your daughter's friends! Adore them all. The boys' robots are so cute, and the girls' scene are all perfect!
