I never do cards with squares on it. I hardly ever even do square cards, lol, except 3x3 ones - just never do it. Don`t like it, I guess :-)
So - this WAS a challenge for me - but I wanted to participate and give it a try.
To give at bit of an `extra´ I punched out these scalloped squares 1,5 inches each. All of them were sponged with raspberry fizz.
square 1: I diecut the `I´ from `Block Alphabet Upper Die Collection´ and added the color through
sticking 3 different kinds of washi tape behind it.
square 2: embossing resist with watercolor
square 3: generation stamping
square 4: plain stamping with two different colors
square 5: stamping on patterned paper
square 6: masking. First masked off a strip, then stamped the heart, removed the strip and stamped
the word `Forever´
square 7: using a die cut (XO border die from PI)
square 8: made a background with copics
square 9: builing a background with stamps and stamping my word over it
(from `my mother my friend´)
Done! :-)
This card will be for my daughter this Valentine`s Day :-))))
This is so pretty, Birgit!
