I am participating in the July 2013 blog hop (can`t believe that I`ve finally made it) and am using THIS lovely picture as a guide for my card:
Such lovely colors.... So: I started off with a scarlet jewel card base and stamped the flowers of `cutting garden´ in the colors I was supposed to use.
Gosh - that stamping took me a while as I die cut a whole bunch of flowers and stamped them in various color combinations for future projects...
The sentiment was embossed with gold embossing powder (filligree - I am THE biggest fan of the filligree powders!!!) and so was the tiny bow.
I am really off to bed now, it`s almost 01.00 over here :-) Good night.
Here you get a closer look on the Impression I also did to give the Card some texture.
cardstock: scarlet jewel, rustic Wwite, aqua mist (all PI)
ink: summer sunrise, pure poppy (had to use the pale tomato ink from hero arts, because the pure poppy was out of stock
for such a long time), new leaf, aqua mist
dies: cutting garden (PI), wildflowers (my favorite things), bells and boughs (PI)
stamps: think big favorites #14, bells and boughs
others: striped Impression plate (PI), aqua mist grosgrain ribbon , gold filligree embossing powder, hawaiian shores bitty
dot patterned paper
Lovely card!
